Order Processing Time

  • UK orders (made in our studio):
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • International print-on-demand orders (USA & EU):
    Orders are produced and shipped by our print partners (Printify / Gelato).
    Processing times may vary, but are typically 2–5 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Standard shipping

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Express upgrade available at checkout

Estimated delivery times:

  • Tracked 48: 2–3 business days

  • Tracked 24: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.


International Shipping

🇺🇸 USA & 🇪🇺 European Union

  • Orders are printed and shipped locally via our print-on-demand partners (Printify / Gelato).

  • Shipping times vary by destination and provider.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Orders are shipped from the UK via Evri International.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch.


Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are included in the item price or shipping cost.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived:

Incorrect Address
